Back on the Fair Circuit with "End Paper" at NCMA

After a 6 year break from showing at fairs, I couldn't resist showing at the North Carolina Museum of Art's first book fair, End Paper. This was also my first time exhibiting at a book fair in about 9 years, when I held Milo as a baby at the Oak Knoll Fest in New Castle, DE. As I work on getting my studio back up and running, getting out to see other book artists and their work has been inspiring and motivating. The best surprise of the day was winning both the People's Choice Award and the Best in Show award! Many thanks to everyone who voted for my Moon-eyed People crankie as their favorite work. The Best in Show award was also a purchase prize, so the crankie is now in the permanent collection of the NCMA library - take a look if you're there for a visit!
